I like figuring out the files that need a closer look.
Mortgage Agent Level 2 in Ontario and Mortgage Associate in New Brunswick, with The Mortgage Centre — M.O.S. MortgageOne Solutions Ltd.

Experience on both sides of the lending decision.
I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2006. Over the years, I have worked as an agent, within a specialized private-mortgage group, and directly with private lenders in roles including Director of Operations and VP of Business Development and Origination.
Working on the lending side gave me another perspective on what makes an application work: how the details fit together, where the concerns are and what a lender needs to understand. I returned to the brokerage side in the second half of 2023 and rejoined MOS in 2025.
Refinancing and debt restructuring are a particular focus for me, alongside commercial mortgages, construction and development financing, and private or time-sensitive mortgages. I enjoy complex files because they give me the chance to put my problem-solving skills to work. Straightforward deals deserve that same attention.
Ask the questions. Look at the details. Be honest about the options.
Before mortgages, I studied Computer Networking and Technology. I continued working in IT alongside my mortgage career until 2020, with experience at organizations including Kraft Canada, IBM, Mount Pleasant Group, TRCA and Corus Entertainment.
That technical background shaped the way I approach a problem. I look carefully at the information, notice what may have been missed and consider different ways to reach the goal.
I want clients to feel comfortable asking questions and to understand the costs and trade-offs involved. Honesty, integrity and being a pleasure to work with matter to me just as much as finding a possible financing solution.
For business loans and financing beyond mortgage needs, I also offer access to options through Knightingale Capital and Swoop’s funding platform.
